What does a Trace equipment subscription include?

The equipment subscription covers the lease of both the AI camera and tripod, along with their protective carrying cases. This provides everything necessary to record games. A separate PlayerFocus Pro or Basic subscription is required to access and view the generated highlights.

Can other families subscribe to my team's footage?

Yes, any parent on the team can subscribe to their player’s highlights after the first game is Traced. After setting up the team roster, parents will be notified when new games are filmed and can then choose a PlayerFocus subscription (annual or monthly).

Does my PlayerFocus subscription cover multiple teams or family members?

Your PlayerFocus subscription covers all games your child plays in if they are Traced, regardless of the number of teams. PlayerFocus Basic allows access for two family members, while PlayerFocus Pro extends access to four family members.

Can I download my highlights or full game footage?

PlayerFocus Pro subscribers can download their highlights and create playlists. Full game footage can be watched on the Trace platform by any subscriber, but full game file downloads are only available to Pro subscribers when seven families subscribe to their camera for player highlights.
